OP (Standard): Continuing Care for Lasting Recovery

At Temah Healthcare Services, LLC, we believe that recovery is an ongoing journey rather than a single event. Our OP (Standard) phase is a cornerstone of our outpatient treatment program, providing continuing care for Transformation patients and those who have stabilized in early recovery from other treatment facilities. This phase is designed to help you build on the progress you’ve already made, ensuring that the momentum of early recovery carries forward into lasting, sustainable change.

The Heart of Continuing Care

What makes our continuing care uniquely effective is its focus on community and connection. In this phase, you’ll participate in group sessions 3 to 5 times a week, with each session lasting 1 hour. These sessions offer a safe and supportive space where you can share your experiences, learn from others, and reinforce the relapse prevention strategies you’ve developed. The structure of these gatherings provides consistency and routine—two critical elements when it comes to maintaining long-term recovery.

How OP (Standard) Supports You

  • Regular Peer Support: Meeting with others who understand your journey fosters a sense of belonging. Sharing challenges and successes in a group setting helps to reinforce your commitment to recovery while also providing encouragement and accountability.

  • Reinforced Coping Strategies: The sessions are dedicated to reviewing and strengthening the essential tools and techniques you’ve learned. Whether it’s managing stress, handling triggers, or developing constructive habits, these meetings help you keep your skills sharp.

  • Continued Guidance: With consistent group sessions, you remain in touch with experienced facilitators who offer guidance and practical advice. They help ensure that you’re not only coping but thriving as you integrate recovery into your everyday life.

  • A Structured Routine: The regular rhythm of these sessions creates a dependable routine that anchors your day. This structure can be a powerful ally in solidifying positive changes and preventing relapse.

Who Can Benefit?

OP (Standard) is ideally suited for individuals who have:

  • Successfully completed our Transformation program or another treatment facility’s program,

  • Stabilized in early recovery and are ready to take the next step towards long-term wellness,

  • A desire to continue learning and growing in a supportive group environment,

  • Recognized the value of sustained, structured engagement in their recovery process.
